We offer free shipping to our prestigious customers all over India.

International:

We deliver internationally; the countries we deliver are listed at the checkout. Shipping charges will depend on your order value and the country you are getting your order delivered to. To know more about shipping charges for your country please refer the list.If you cannot find your country's shipping charges in the provided list please contact our customer care at info@phamb.co.in and we will guide you offline.

Returns:

We at Phamb provide the easy return policy:

 

  • You must inform us about your return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Mail us at info@phamb.co.in
  • we will return your full amount in your Phamb wallet.
  • The return of the product is to be done by customer. We currently do not provide a reverse pick up service. 
  •  For the return shipping cost, the customer will get an INR 200 Coupon which can be used on Phamb.co.in for future purchases. 
  •  The product should reach us in its original condition without any damage or any other kind of tampering. Logistic Insurance is suggested.
  •  The product should be returned in a well packed box so as to avoid any damage in the transit. 
  •  The shipping address of Phamb Fashions Pvt ltd should be cleary mentioned on the package to be returned and in complete detail.  

We do not accept returns if:

  • The items are TAILORED FIT/ Customised products.
  • The product is damaged or has been tampered with in any way. 
  • The product has been used, worn, washed or changed in any other way. 
  • Crafts are prone to a slight variation in the design, color and pattern work; therefore we may not be able to refund your order if the same are your criteria for making a return. 

  • You are as such requested to enquire about any doubts that you may have regarding the products before going for the final purchase. Drop in a mail at info@phamb.co.in and we will get in touch with you

 

Order cancellation:

 

  • you can cancel your order anytime until it has not been dispatched from our warehouse, and full order amount will be refunded within 2 business days.
  • Once the product has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, it can be returned only.
  • we will not entertain any cancellation on customized or tailored fit products.
